Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders over £20 within the UK (England, Scotland and Wales)*.
Orders will be shipped to you using Royal Mail, or where more practicable, a courier service of our choosing. Orders sent with Royal Mail will be through Standard Post. Please allow 2-7 business days for your package to arrive.
Return Policy (England, Scotland and Wales only)*
We take a lot of pride in offering you gorgeous quality products that are made from ethically sourced and sustainable materials. However, if for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via email strictly within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving the goods to discuss.
You can either return the goods in their original condition (unused and unwashed) and receive a full refund OR request a replacement in the case of faulty goods caused by the manufacturing process.
If you choose to return your purchase, we will arrange a full refund of your purchase once we have received the returned items in their original condition*, your refund will be processed in 5-10 business days and you will receive an email notification of the refund to the email address provided on your original order.
In the case of faulty goods and you request a replacement, we will send you a replacement item at no additional cost to you*. Your replacement will be processed in 5-10 business days and you will receive an email notification for tracking purposes.

International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout during the ordering process. For return shipping on international orders, we are unable to reimburse for international return shipping charges unless you pay through PayPal.
We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcels.
