Some of the greatest solutions to the issues that we are presented with can be found in the natural world.

At Lamina Animal™ Ltd we believe in bringing the exceptional performance of the natural world to you through our products. The materials we use have been extensively researched and are carefully selected to offer your pet the ultimate in comfort, as well as durability and are ethically sourced from some of the most renewable sources available. 

We would like to introduce you to the materials we use so you can understand why we love them enough to include them in our range:

Linen: Our collars and leads are made using OEKO Tex certified European laundered linen from Merchant and Mills' core 185 linen collection. Please note: Colour can vary with the dyeing of this cloth.

Production notes: All Merchant and Mills linen is either woven in Lithuania or Northern Ireland. The Lithuanians have a long standing tradition of growing, weaving and dyeing linens and they also take their ecological responsibilities seriously and the mills they work with are all OEKO Tex certified. Moreover, their two largest suppliers also run solely on green energy sources. 

Thread: The thread we use is GOTS certified organic cotton sewing thread from Scanfil.

Production notes:  Made from organically grown Egyptian long staple cotton in the EU. 

Fleece: The fleece used in our products is 100% organic GOTS certified cotton.

Production notes: This organically grown cotton and finished product is certified by GOTS. The raw material source is from contracted farmers in the Aegean region of Turkey. It is also spun into yarn and knitted in Turkey and eco washed rather than eco bleached.
